How can one stop dysfunctional uterine bleeding?

Patient's question:

I got pregnant a year after getting married, but due to excessive bleeding, I went to the hospital for a D&C procedure. About two months after the surgery, my period didn't come, so I started taking Chinese medicine for (regulating my body) for about half a month, and then I experienced bleeding again. The bleeding continued for a long time, so I went to the hospital and was prescribed some hemostatic medication.
What kind of help I need: How can I stop the dysfunctional uterine bleeding?

Doctor's answer:

Without menopausal dysfunctional bleeding, prolonged and single estrogen stimulation leads to progressive fibrosis of the endometrium, cell division progressing to a high-degree glandular cystic type, adenomatous fibrosis, and even further development into endometrial cancer. With menopausal dysfunctional bleeding, the corpus luteum may either atrophy prematurely, resulting in a short luteal phase and frequent menstruation; or it may be incomplete expansion, with continued progesterone secretion leading to breakdown of the endometrium (premenstrual), prolonged menstruation, and excessive, prolonged bleeding; or a combination of both. The mechanism is insufficient estrogen-progesterone secretion, particularly insufficient progesterone secretion, which prevents complete endometrial shedding, resulting in immature development of glands, stroma, and blood vessels. Additionally, due to the asynchronous withdrawal of estrogen-progesterone, irregular endometrial shedding and abnormal bleeding are triggered.
