Features: Globalization and constitutionalism have been hot topics in academic circles in recent years. Regardless of how globalization and constitutionalism are defined from an academic perspective, as social phenomena, people can clearly sense their coexistence and the significant impact they have on our work and lives today. The development of different civilizations in human society is gradually approaching and showing a certain convergence. Today, no nation or country can discuss its own development in isolation from the overall survival environment of the international community. Countries must engage in effective communication and cooperation to jointly address common challenges faced by human society, including environmental pollution, prevention and combat of international crime, combating terrorism, and implementing effective international cooperation in the field of human rights protection, among others. We have organized a group of young scholars who are full of vitality and possess strong theoretical qualities to form the "Globalization and Constitutionalism" research team. The team conducts in-depth research and discussion on the main impacts of globalization on the constitutional construction of nation-states.
