Doctor's answer:

Vaginitis has various types of symptoms, which can be broadly categorized into trichomoniasis vaginitis, the main symptoms of which are vaginal itching, yellow discharge with a slightly reddish hue, and a strong odor resembling (tofu dregs) in the discharge. The main symptoms of candidiasis vaginitis are external genital itching, primarily characterized by white,-like discharge. It may also be accompanied by a burning sensation in the external genitalia, urinary urgency, dysuria, and pain during intercourse. However, topical medication for the external genitalia can be used. Additionally, it should be clarified that if there is no recurrence of growths () during inflammation, this needs to be understood. If there has been sexual activity, vaginal medication can be directly applied, as this is not a minor issue. If there has been no sexual activity, the underlying cause must also be identified to prevent such occurrences from happening again. Maintain strict cleanliness, practice good hygiene, change underwear frequently, and keep the external genitalia clean and dry at all times.
