Can ectopic pregnancy occur again and have a normal pregnancy?

Patient's question:

I am 29 years old this year. Last year, ectopic pregnancy occurred again. Now it has improved, so I want to ask if ectopic pregnancy can still be implemented normally again?

Doctor's answer:

Consideration requires an implementation of re-examination. Ectopic pregnancy is usually caused by inflammation within or around the fallopian tube. Inflammation can lead to poor patency of the tube and obstruct the normal movement of the pregnant woman's egg. Before miscarriage or rupture, there are usually no obvious symptoms, but there may also be amenorrhea, abdominal pain, and extremely small amounts of vaginal bleeding. After rupture, symptoms include acute severe abdominal pain, recurrent episodes, vaginal bleeding, and even shock. Under normal circumstances, it is only possible to conceive at least one year after surgery for ectopic pregnancy. At the same time, tubal contrast and other relevant examinations should be implemented to verify the patency of the fallopian tubes and carefully check for gynecological inflammation such as pelvic inflammation or peritonitis to confirm the conditions for normal early pregnancy before considering conception. If the fallopian tubes are blocked, first perform tubal irrigation. If there is inflammation such as pelvic inflammation, anti-inflammatory treatment should be given first.
