How to treat vaginitis

Patient's question:

Each review is good, the tumor index is normal, but it's just that the vagina and anus are swollen, as if there's something blocking and about to fall off.

Doctor's answer:

Candidal Vulvovaginitis
(1) Eliminate triggers: If diabetes is present, active treatment should be provided, and broad-spectrum antibiotics, estrogens, and corticosteroids should be discontinued promptly. Change underwear frequently, and boil the used underwear, basins, and towels.
(2) Local medication: Clotrimazole suppositories, miconazole suppositories, and nystatin suppositories.
(3) Systemic medication (for recurrent cases or patients unable to receive vaginal medication): Fluconazole, itraconazole, and ketoconazole.
(4) Sexual partners do not require routine treatment.
