Is it normal for the endometrial thickness to be 6mm?

Patient's question:

23, female, has had irregular menstruation all along. Today's check shows 12+- follicles on the left side. What does this mean? Is it indicating the start of ovulation, or something else? The endometrium is 6mm thick. What period does this thickness correspond to? Thank you, doctor. I really want to know the answers to these two questions.

Doctor's answer:

Your condition may be in the follicular development phase, and the rest are normal, don't worry.
