Main symptoms of cervical erosion

Patient's question:

Doctor, I have cervical erosion of degree 1 and have never received effective treatment. I don't know what symptoms it manifests, so I want to ask what the main symptoms are?

Doctor's answer:

The symptoms of cervical erosion are different in the first, second, and third degrees. In the first degree of cervical erosion, patients generally have no obvious subjective symptoms, or may only experience a slight increase in leukorrhea, which is often easily overlooked. Many patients with cervical erosion are discovered during population surveys or follow-up visits for other gynecological conditions.
In the second degree of cervical erosion, leukorrhea increases, becomes yellow and viscous, or may contain blood streaks. In very few cases, post-coital bleeding may occur again. Long-term stimulation of the external genitalia by inflammatory leukorrhea can also lead to vulvar pruritus. Additionally, since the cervical lymphatic channels are directly connected to the parametrium, inflammation can spread through the lymphatic system to the pelvic cavity, causing parametritis, which may result in symptoms such as lower back and sacral pain, as well as lower abdominal distension and fullness.
