Features: The "Comprehensive Unit Price Consumption Quota for Chemical Engineering Construction Projects" (hereinafter referred to as "this quota") was organized and compiled by the China Association for Engineering Cost Management - Chemical Engineering Committee, based on the provisions of the mandatory national standard GB50500—2003 "General Rules for Bill of Quantities and Pricing of Construction Projects" (hereinafter referred to as "the bill of quantities pricing specification") in 2005. The main content of this quota, as well as the setting of engineering projects and quota sub-items, is completely consistent with the 2005 edition of the "Comprehensive Unit Price Consumption Quota for Chemical Engineering Construction Projects." It consists of 11 volumes and 2,723 sub-items. This quota provides clear provisions or explanations for the loss of main materials during construction, scaffolding assembly and disassembly, labor and machinery efficiency reduction for high-altitude facilities; for general measures such as environmental protection, civilized construction, safe construction, temporary facilities, night construction, secondary relocation, the entry, exit, and installation/disassembly of large machinery and equipment, formwork and supports for concrete and reinforced concrete, protection of completed projects and equipment, and construction drainage. For installation measures such as assembly platforms, safety, anti-freezing, and welding protection measures for equipment and pipelines, inspection of pressure vessels and high-pressure pipelines, gas protection measures after pipeline installation, on-site construction, metal masts, baking furnaces, windproofing, and rainproofing, etc.; for other items such as reserved funds, material procurement fees, general contractor service fees, and incidental work project fees; and for additional items such as regulatory fees, taxes, and risk factors, it provides clear provisions or explanations. This quota can effectively and quickly form comprehensive unit prices in accordance with the requirements of the "bill of quantities pricing specification," thus providing a basis for engineering cost personnel in the chemical, petrochemical, light textile, pharmaceutical, and rubber industries, as well as management and consulting institutions, to prepare bid bases and bid prices using bill of quantities pricing.
