Features: Respected educators, the education of children cannot wait, because a child's growth cannot be repeated! Teachers are those who impart knowledge, teach skills, and resolve doubts; teachers are the "engineers of the human soul." However, in today's negative impact of the market economy, the moral values of some teachers have been distorted. This book thoroughly lists the various problems in education, emphasizing that teachers should recognize the weight of their responsibilities and prioritize moral cultivation, as the rejuvenation of the teacher's spirit is urgent! History is serious, yet compassionate. Today, Chinese teachers are once again at the forefront of historical choice, presenting themselves to the world as a group transitioning from a disadvantaged to a dominant position, fraught with numerous issues. In the 26 years since the reform and opening-up, China's economy has achieved remarkable growth, improving people's material living standards. At the same time, people's concepts, awareness, and values have changed, leading to confusion. Teachers, as a group in society with cutting-edge scientific and technological knowledge and high humanistic literacy, have become favorites of the economic market. In a society with increasingly fierce commercial competition, teachers face a choice: whether to define success by their ability to bring economic benefits or to continue taking pride in "nurturing a thousand students under the sky"? Whether to join the tide of pursuing material life or to remain steadfast in the humble but noble job of teaching and nurturing. Han Yu, in his essay "On Teachers," stated: "Teachers are those who impart knowledge, teach skills, and resolve doubts." He clearly summarized the responsibilities of teachers as: imparting knowledge, teaching skills, and resolving doubts. This means teachers must pass on knowledge and clarify doubts, including teaching students the basic principles of being a person and helping them resolve confusions about their life and value systems. In people's minds, teachers are the "engineers of the human soul," and the title "role model for others" imposes higher moral demands on them. However, in today's negative impact of the market economy, the moral values of some teachers have been distorted. Some lack professionalism, fail to prepare lessons diligently, do not correct homework, or even abandon their posts to pursue "second careers." Some dislike their students, mock and scold them, and adopt a harsh attitude. Some turn schools into markets, treating students as consumers to generate income for themselves. Some teachers have poor appearance and, using their position for personal gain. In recent years, cases of teachers abusing, physically punishing, or even raping students in some regions have caused strong in society and the education sector, severely damaging the image of teachers. As a result, the traditional sense of social responsibility and dedication of teachers has gradually faded, while instrumental rationality has grown, and value rationality has shrunk. The quality of teachers' ethics has far-reaching consequences.
