How to treat cervical infertility

Patient's question:

My menstrual cycle is often irregular, mostly delayed. The amount of blood flow varies, sometimes heavy and sometimes light. I haven't had a child yet after being married for two years. I've considered local medication, but it hasn't helped. I went to the hospital for a check-up and was diagnosed with cervical infertility, so that I can have a child with my husband. It's ours, I think. I want to use medication, but I don't know how. How can cervical infertility be treated with medication?

Doctor's answer:

Cervical dilation is the primary treatment for cervical atresia and cervical dysplasia stenosis. After menstrual hygiene or before menopause, a sterile dilator is used to explore the uterine cavity, followed by cervical dilation. Congenital cervical dysplasia can be treated with artificial cycles or high-dose progesterone as pseudo-pregnancy therapy. After dilation treatment for congenital cervical adhesion or stenosis, a drainage tube is placed in the cervical cavity to prevent adhesion.
