"College English" (New Edition) is a new textbook adapted to the new syllabus, standards, formats, and requirements, which has been favored by a broad range of teachers and students since its publication. To further develop the teaching potential of this textbook, we have organized the writing of "One Lesson, One Practice" to complement the "College English" (New Edition) Integrated Coursebook. The content of "One Lesson, One Practice" is closely related to the textbook, primarily focusing on Text A while also considering Text B, referencing the exercise types in the texts, with a focus on subjective questions and supplementary objective questions. The entire book is divided into four volumes, with each volume containing eight units. Each unit includes exercises in vocabulary, grammar, error correction, cloze, reading comprehension, translation, writing, and listening cloze. All exercises are designed and compiled around the linguistic points presented and required to be mastered in the textbook, with difficulty levels controlled within the scope of teaching objectives. After completing each unit, students receive an opportunity for testing, allowing them to assess their learning progress and review recently learned content while also receiving comprehensive training. "One Lesson, One Practice" undoubtedly greatly benefits students in more thoroughly mastering the linguistic points in the textbook. "One Lesson, One Practice" is edited by Chen Jie and Mao Meilan as chief editors, with Si Yaolong and Yu Hongyin as deputy editors. The teachers involved in the writing include Tang Pei, Li Mingfeng, and Mao Jing (arranged in the order of unit writing). Mao Jing is responsible for proofreading the entire book.
