Features: After the "Outline for University Japanese Teaching" was officially announced across the country in June 1989, we responded to the fervent hopes and strong demands of Japanese teachers and students. Under the direct guidance and support of the Beijing University Japanese Teaching Research Association, we summarized years of practical experience in Japanese teaching, analyzed the question types and exam realities of the national unified Level 4 exam and the annual university Japanese competition in Beijing, and established the editorial team for the "University Japanese Level 4 Exam Simulation Questions Collection" in 1996, publishing it nationwide in June of that year. To adapt to these significant changes and ensure the "University Japanese Level 4 Exam Simulation Questions Collection" kept pace with the new outline and the requirements of the Level 4 exam, as well as to elevate the quality of the collection, we responded to the hopes and demands of Japanese teachers and students. With the strong support of the Beijing University Japanese Teaching Research Association, we reformed the editorial team and, based on the original collection, developed and published this new one. This collection also holds significant practical value for those preparing for overseas Japanese exams, intermediate and advanced professional Japanese exams, graduate entrance exams, and international Japanese proficiency exams.
