How to Determine if You Have Cervicitis

Patient's question:

I haven't had a miscarriage. I haven't given birth to any children. My libido isn't very high. I have a little bit of lower back pain. There's no abnormality in the lower part. What kind of assistance matters: Is this married woman likely to have cervical inflammation? Will it affect fertility?

Doctor's answer:

Inflammation of the cervix is a common gynecological inflammation, generally occurring in women with a history of sexual activity. After pregnancy, the original inflammation may become milder. Mild cervical inflammation usually does not interfere with conception. Maintaining good personal hygiene, changing and washing underwear frequently with warm water, and cleaning the external genitalia are recommended. If the inflammation is severe, it can be treated, which may lead to infertility. However, it is not advisable to use physical treatment for those who are not pregnant. Generally, physical treatment can be considered after conception.
