Features: Andrology is a discipline that is both ancient and emerging, with rapid progress in recent years. Broadly speaking, male urological diseases should include a variety of conditions affecting the male reproductive system, ranging from anatomical and physiological variations to acquired diseases. However, for many years, male urological diseases have been diagnosed and treated by urologists. Moreover, many conditions, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia and tumors of the prostate and testes, have already been studied in depth. In contrast, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and sexually transmitted diseases urgently require further research to improve understanding. At the Second National Congress of Andrology, we proposed that andrology should temporarily focus on studying these diseases in the short term. This training program also primarily covers these topics to enhance awareness of these conditions. The lecture notes have now been compiled into this book for the reference of students and colleagues.
