White discharge with green color and odor is cervical erosion?

Patient's question:

The leukorrhea is slightly greenish, with a strong odor and excessive amount. It has been going on for a year, and there is still some inflammation. At the time, the doctor said there were molds and bacteria. After careful examination of the results: no cancer, but there is a large area of cervical erosion, with accumulated fluid, leukorrhea with a strong odor, and greenish in color.
Previous treatment and effectiveness: I used many topical medications and suppositories (a full course), and also took oral medications. The molds were gone, but now after returning home for recuperation (without using any medications), the odor is gone. However, sometimes it is white, and sometimes green, with a reduced amount.
What kind of assistance I need: I am unsure whether it is cervical erosion or severe inflammation. When I first noticed it, I thought it was inflammation and adjusted my diet accordingly. However, since it didn’t improve, I went to the hospital. It has been a year since then.

Doctor's answer:

Cervical erosion can be quickly opened by a vaginal speculum and observed with the naked eye. A careful examination by a doctor can determine whether cervical erosion is present. Therefore, when a doctor says you have cervical erosion, it is usually not a misdiagnosis, and they believe you do have cervical erosion. However, if you have not yet become pregnant, physical treatment is not recommended. You can try medication for 3 months to see the effect.
