Jeet Kune Do is a new martial art created by the "King of Kung Fu" and "Sage of Martial Arts," Bruce Lee. It is efficient, practical, has a unique style, and is deeply profound. According to Bruce Lee's explanation at the time: In Jeet Kune Do, "Jeet" means stealthy approach, interception in mid-action, or simplicity and directness; "Kune" refers to techniques or style; and "Do" implies spirit, method, or fundamental principles. Jeet Kune Do itself represents active and aggressive, a practical martial art with commonality, simplicity, and powerful effectiveness.
