Each chapter is divided into four sections: Section 1 Writing Requirements, covering writing theory, key points, methods, and precautions; Section 2 Reading Materials, including representative contracts, agreements, related documents, and concise, commonly used phrases for comprehension; Section 3 Reference Materials, which provide examples, explanations, analyses, and supplements on English usage, collocations, synonyms, and related international economic and trade business and foreign-related legal knowledge, aiding in a deeper understanding of various types of contracts; Section 4 Writing Exercises, which include translation exercises (English to Chinese and Chinese to English), fill-in-the-blanks, and multiple-choice questions for practice. Additionally, all Chinese reference translations of the English reading materials and the answers to all exercises have been printed in the Volume 2, providing self-learners with a basis for self-study and self-evaluation.
