Features: The editors of this book are either participants in the formulation of the "National Professional Standard for Secretaries" or involved in the training for the "Secretary Professional Qualification Examination." Based on the newly issued "National Professional Standard for Secretaries" in 2003 and the three national unified qualification examinations for secretaries held in June, August, and November 2003, this book provides practical exam guidance for candidates preparing for the three national unified qualification examinations for secretaries in 2004. The book is divided into six chapters, with the following content:
Chapter 1 introduces the newly issued standard and its analysis, helping candidates understand its characteristics, content, and requirements.
Chapter 2 compiles eight exam papers, primarily from the secretarial Level 4 and Level 3 exams administered after the implementation of the new standard in 2003. These papers are analyzed to provide candidates with exam guidance for the 2004 secretarial qualification exams. By reviewing these papers, candidates can:
1. Reduce their unfamiliarity with the exam format and pre-exam anxiety;
2. Prioritize key areas and feel more prepared;
3. Effectively reinforce and assess their study efforts.
Chapters 3 to 6 respectively introduce the key review content for the four modules of the secretarial unified qualification examination: Professional Ethics, Professional Competence, Case Analysis, and Work Practice. They also include representative questions from the 2003 exams, along with standard answers and scoring criteria. Additionally, detailed "Exam Guidance" is provided to help candidates grasp key study points, improve exam techniques, and enhance their overall performance.
