Features: In Tatsuo Miyazaki's heart, the landscapes of Japan are both diverse and seemingly unified. The appearance of landscapes is endless, and their colors are ever-changing. To ordinary people, the color of the sea in the world is the same, but in Tatsuo Miyazaki's eyes, the sea in Europe is entirely different from that in Japan. He believes that the sea in Japan is not azure but a blend of (deep blue) and (greenish-blue). After compiling this collection of poems, illustrations, and essays titled "The World of Tatsuo Miyazaki," I deeply realized that not only in his paintings and art essays but also in his travel writings—whether about Germany, Austria, or Northern Europe, or about Japan and China—Tatsuo Miyazaki's cultural sensibility has become an inherent part of his subconscious, an awakened awareness. It is precisely this profound understanding and affection for traditional culture that has taken root in Tatsuo Miyazaki's heart, becoming the pillar of beauty in his literature and the foundation of beauty in his paintings.
