Features: The music in this book is divided into seven parts.
1. G major pieces (40 pieces);
2. D major pieces (30 pieces);
3. F major pieces (15 pieces);
4. B major pieces (25 pieces);
5. C major pieces (10 pieces);
6. A major pieces;
7. Transposed pieces (20 pieces).
The above seven parts are arranged according to the teaching principle of progressing from simple to complex, starting with pieces that are relatively easy to master and suitable for beginners, gradually increasing in difficulty and complexity until they are suitable for professional erhu players for performance. The arrangement is roughly based on the level of technique and musical expression of the pieces, to facilitate readers' learning and use.
Since each of the seven parts has different technical difficulties, the level of difficulty is not absolute. The pieces at the end of one part are often technically more challenging than those at the beginning of the next part. Additionally, the arrangement of the 20 transposed pieces is based on different types of transpositions, so only the technical difficulty of the same type of transposed pieces can be distinguished, rather than being completely arranged in a progressive manner. Therefore, readers need to flexibly adapt to specific situations during the learning process.
