Features: This collection is named "New" Exploration, but in fact, it consists of previously published old papers. It is a pleasure to have this opportunity to gather them together and seek advice from readers. Fuzhou dialect and most Min Dong topolects have an important feature: a vowel often has two or three different "vowel variants," which usually share historical origins. The different variants are always distributed across different tones. For example, the five characters "gong, rong, yong, gong, gong" all belonged to the Tong rhyme in Middle Chinese and were classified as "yin" rhyme in the "Qilin Eight Tones." In the phonetic systems of Fuzhou, Yinan Tangkou, and Lianjiang Xiaozhou, they are all grouped into the same vowel.
