What are the symptoms of female infertility?

Patient's question:

I'm afraid of being 34 this year. I've been trying to conceive for a year but haven't been able to get pregnant. During this time, I've never used any form of contraception, but I still can't get pregnant. I'd like to ask what are the symptoms of female infertility?

Doctor's answer:

Hypothesis of the condition: Not being able to conceive after a year of trying to get pregnant, it is not yet possible to diagnose infertility. The definition of infertility is when a couple lives together normally without using any form of contraception and cannot conceive within a year. The causes of infertility vary, and so do their manifestations. Some cases show no symptoms at all; both partners are healthy and experience no discomfort or symptoms. Others may be caused by severe endometriosis, severe pelvic adhesions, poor fallopian tubes, and so on. In such cases, it may be the many manifestations of the underlying primary disease.
