Can a Cesarean section conceal a history of miscarriage?

Patient's question:

Today I went to the hospital for a prenatal check-up. The doctor said my baby's umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck, and it might require a cesarean section. But I'm worried that my husband will find out about my previous miscarriage history during the cesarean section. Can a cesarean section hold my previous miscarriage history accountable?

Doctor's answer:

Abortion, if you don't mention it yourself, neither others nor doctors will ever know. Whether you are admitted for a cesarean section or a vaginal delivery, the doctor will ask you to fill out forms and write a medical record, because the doctor cannot thoroughly examine how you have had miscarriages in the past. However, if placenta accreta occurs again, the doctor will ask if you have a history of miscarriage, because a previous miscarriage with a D&C increases the likelihood of placenta accreta or implantation. It is recommended that you tell the truth to your doctor.
