Features: According to the survey, both teachers and students attach great importance to the combination of teaching materials and legal documents in the process of "teaching" and "learning." However, a common problem is the lack of a well-established set of materials that can be conveniently adopted. Many teachers have to constantly photocopy relevant materials and distribute them to students, which is very inconvenient. Therefore, we decided to organize the publication of the "Teaching Regulations" series to meet the needs of faculty and students in law schools in their "teaching" and "learning." This series consists of over 20 books, published according to the core or major courses set up in higher education law education in China. Each book is closely aligned with the textbooks and is organized as much as possible in the order of textbook chapters, including important laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations. It should be noted that, considering the needs of teaching, we have also included some documents that have been abolished or provided a comparison between old and new versions. · To enable faculty and students to make full use of this series, we have set up a "Study Notes" section. Its purpose is twofold: first, to note the past question trends of the judicial examination (including the bar examination); second, to serve as a notebook for readers during their study process. Additionally, this series provides annotations for major laws. During the editing process of this series, we sought opinions from some law schools across the country. Whether it was the creative ideas for the topics, the arrangement order, or the documents included, we received strong support from relevant teachers in related disciplines. We sincerely express our gratitude here.
