What are the symptoms of metrorrhagia?

Patient's question:

I have an itchy lower body, and my underwear is always yellow. What's going on? What are the symptoms of uterine bleeding?

Doctor's answer:

Leukorrhea refers to irregular vaginal bleeding outside of the menstrual period. It is often called "rupture" when there is significant bleeding; when the bleeding is prolonged but the amount is not excessive, it is called "leakage." The characteristics include irregular menstrual cycles, extended periods, varying amounts of bleeding, and even heavy bleeding. Long-term rupture can lead to anemia, manifesting as pale complexion, sweating, dizziness, fatigue, sore waist and knees, aversion to cold, and other symptoms. Acute heavy bleeding can result in shock, and it may cause infertility in unmarried women.
