Features: With the continuous expansion of college admissions across the country, the enthusiasm for postgraduate entrance exams among Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) undergraduates has also been steadily increasing. Candidates must master both the comprehensive knowledge of their related fields and the specific knowledge of the discipline they are applying to in order to successfully achieve their goals. Particularly, the Ministry of Education's Teaching Notice [2002] No. 9, "Notice on Adjusting the Subjects of the National Postgraduate Entrance Examination," made significant changes to the exam subjects, reducing the original five preliminary exam subjects to four: Politics, Foreign Language, Comprehensive Professional Knowledge, and Professional Foundation. The original professional courses were shifted to the post-examination interview, while the total scores of the Comprehensive Professional Knowledge and Professional Foundation exams were increased from 100 points each to 150 points. Therefore, greater emphasis should be placed on these two subjects. To provide candidates with valuable study materials, we have specially organized and compiled this series of "National Postgraduate Entrance Examination TCM Test Series," including "TCM Comprehensive Test," "TCM Basic Theory Test," "TCM Diagnostics Test," "TCM Materia Medica Test," "TCM Formulas Test," "TCM Internal Medicine Test," "TCM Canon of Medicine Selected Readings Test," "TCM Warm Disease Selected Readings Test," "TCM Golden Cabinet Selected Readings Test," "TCM Acupuncture and Moxibustion Test," "TCM Pediatrics Test," and "TCM Gynecology Test," among the core TCM courses. The "TCM Comprehensive Test" in this series strictly follows the exam syllabus, divided into Type A, Type B, Type C, and Type X questions. The formats of other disciplines are as follows: 1. Multiple Choice Questions; 2. Multiple Answer Questions; 3. Fill-in-the-Blanks Questions; 4. Term Definitions; 5. Short Answer Questions; 6. Essay Questions. Reference answers are provided for each question. At the end of each book, there are several simulated tests along with reference answers, as well as several authentic past exam papers. The authentic exam papers are from previous institutions' exams, with the institution names and exam dates withheld for convenience, making them highly valuable for preparation. Due to the rapid updates of textbooks, it is difficult to determine which version each institution uses for the exams. However, TCM textbooks across different versions are largely similar. Therefore, this series integrates content from the fifth and sixth editions and references the New Century National Higher TCM College Textbooks (commonly referred to as the seventh edition), enabling candidates to comprehensively master the knowledge of this discipline with just one book. This series is concise, covers a broad range of topics, and is highly targeted and practical, serving as the golden key to unlocking the door to postgraduate entrance exams. Additionally, this series can also be used as a reference for undergraduate students and others studying TCM.
