Features: The Party Constitution is the fundamental party regulation and law, serving as the norm for the conduct of party members and the basic reference for Communist Party members to cultivate their party spirit. The 16th National Congress responded to the new requirements for party work and party building in the new situation and tasks by appropriately revising or supplementing certain content of the Party Constitution while maintaining its overall framework, enabling the Party Constitution to better guide the party's work and party building in the current and future periods. In 1995, to support the "Study of Theory and Party Constitution" campaign proposed by the 14th National Congress, we compiled the "Speeches on the Study of the Party Constitution" based on the partially revised Party Constitution. In 1997, we revised the book according to the partially revised Party Constitution of the 15th National Congress. Now, based on the comprehensively revised Party Constitution of the 16th National Congress, we have once again revised the book for the study of grassroots party members and the training of grassroots party schools.
