Features: The traditional culture of our country has a long history, and folk literary and artistic works are colorful and diverse. Folk literary and artistic works are an important part of folk literary and artistic heritage. For folk literary and artistic heritage and traditional culture, we can adopt various protection methods. The scope of discussion in this article is limited, and it cannot bear the responsibility of protecting traditional culture in a mere 50,000-word article. What we discuss here is merely the copyright protection of folk literary and artistic works. As for the protection models of folk literary and artistic heritage, opinions vary widely. Perhaps the future folk literary and artistic protection law will differ greatly from the system constructed by the author. However, no matter how future laws are formulated, they should leave room for the copyright protection of folk literary and artistic works. After all, only intellectual property law can transcend institutional limitations and directly protect intangible intellectual achievements. It is hoped that the issues discussed and solutions proposed by the author in this article can provide useful reference and inspiration for future legislation.
