Part 3 discusses the current status and prospects of the development and utilization of climatic resources, focusing on industry-specific analysis. It can serve as a reference for relevant industries while also providing an overall concept of the current status of climatic resource development and utilization. Additionally, based on this foundation, it analyzes the prospects in the context of scientific and technological advancements.
Part 4 explores strategic issues in the development and utilization of climatic resources, primarily addressing aspects such as regional adaptation, climatic disasters, climate change, technological development, and management.
