Features: This book is one of the achievements of the "Nineth Five-Year Plan" National Social Science Fund Key Project "Research on Administrative Procedure Law." It collects 13 administrative procedure laws or drafts from countries and regions, making it the most comprehensive collection of foreign (regional) administrative procedure laws or drafts in China. The project "Research on Administrative Procedure Law" is planned to consist of three books: "An Anthology of Foreign Administrative Procedure Laws," "Comparative Administrative Procedure Law," and "Research on Administrative Procedure Law." The promulgation of administrative procedure law is one of the essential pillars of a rule-of-law state and rule-of-law administration, as well as one of the most significant events in the field of administration. On a global scale, the trend of drafting administrative procedure laws is still in full swing; in China, the drafting of administrative procedure laws is imminent. Under these circumstances, strengthening the theoretical research on administrative procedure law is particularly urgent. To this end, it is necessary to first investigate the status of administrative procedure legislation in countries and regions worldwide, collecting their administrative procedure laws or drafts, which is an important preliminary task. Subsequently, a comparative analysis of the administrative procedure laws of various countries can be conducted. On this basis, research can be carried out in conjunction with the actual conditions of China. This is the reason why the "Research on Administrative Procedure Law" project is divided into three sub-topics. This book includes 26 administrative procedure laws or drafts from 13 countries and regions. Some of these countries and regions have undergone multiple revisions, and understanding their amendments and changes, as well as the reasons behind them, will be beneficial for in-depth comparative research. Therefore, they are also included in this collection. Of course, this book does not include all administrative procedure laws, and more will be added in future editions. As an appendix, this book also includes the administrative procedure laws of Taiwan and Macau. Considering the of legal materials, we have retained the original form of the relevant materials from Taiwan and Macau in the collection. Please note the need for discernment when reading.
