The laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules of the State Council in the "Compendium of Laws and Regulations of the People's Republic of China Related to Joining the World Trade Organization" are valid as of December 31, 2001; the departmental rules of the State Council compiled are limited to those filed by departments with the State Council.
3. In the "Legal Documents of China Joining the World Trade Organization (Chinese Version)," the Chinese versions published in the "Official Gazette of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress" and the "Official Gazette of the State Council" are included.
4. The "Legal Documents of China Joining the World Trade Organization (English Version)" is printed based on the official text of the Chinese delegation at the Doha Conference.
