Readers will find that many provisions in the book have been rewritten. The original intention of writing this book was to provide some assistance to patent professionals in understanding the basic meaning and practical application of patent law. The author's level is limited, and there may be inappropriate or mistakes in the book. It is hoped that readers will not hesitate to point them out for improvement.
