Part III covers the invention patent application and review in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. It can serve as a reference for patent applicants and agents in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors to understand the review practices of the patent office and better prepare for patent applications. It can also provide supplementary reference materials for the training of new patent examiners at the patent office. Additionally, the book includes some patent regulations related to the content of the book in the appendix for readers to refer to while reading.
