Is endometrial cancer serious?

Patient's question:

I would like to consult. I was diagnosed with multiple uterine fibroids two years ago, but I don't have any symptoms—my periods are not heavy, only lasting two or three days. The last two or three days of the period are dark brown. When the fibroids were checked in the first half of the year, they were measured as (2,02,2). Later, in early June, I found out I was pregnant and have been monitoring the condition of the fibroids. By the second month of pregnancy, they had grown to (5,26,5). After that, they stopped growing. I miscarried around the 20th week, and the reason was cervical insufficiency?

Doctor's answer:

Uterine fibroids are a common benign tumor in women. If uterine fibroids rapidly decrease and suspicion of malignancy arises, timely surgery should be performed. Surgery is necessary when excessive menstrual bleeding, anemia, and harm to health occur. Uterine fibroids do not pose a significant threat to human life safety, so 2/3 of patients do not need urgent surgical treatment for uterine fibroids. In addition to timely treatment, patients with uterine fibroids should maintain a good habit of proper diet in daily life to digest nutrients. I hope the above answer can assist you. Thank you.
