Features: After the Cold War, the view that "clash of civilizations" would play a major role in shaping global politics gained prominence, drawing attention to cultural factors. Both Asia and Europe are cradles of world civilizations and have made significant contributions to human progress. In a timely manner, 25 Asian and European countries proposed that different civilizations should not lead to confrontation but rather complement each other. The "Asia-Europe Meeting" dialogue and cooperation mechanism was thus born. This book, with rich materials and objective analysis, explores the Asia-Europe partnership, particularly the characteristics of cross-cultural communication between Asia and Europe.
