Features: Physical training, as a course, was only introduced into the classrooms of tourism schools in the late 20th century. Compared to fundamental cultural subjects or professional courses, the "Physical Training" course is a relatively young discipline that still needs to be developed, built, and gradually improved. However, once established, this young discipline has made remarkable contributions to the development of tourism education and has been favored and welcomed by students in tourism schools. A newly established discipline winning students' admiration both emotionally and theoretically in practice is indeed thought-provoking. Apart from the personal charm of the instructors—of course, this charm is also based on the discipline providing teachers with a platform to showcase their talents—the accurate positioning of the discipline itself is also a key reason for its success. This book introduces the basic knowledge of physical training, fundamental human anatomy and exercise physiology, posture training, body shape training, fitness equipment training, and service posture training. With the aim of nurturing students and improving their body shape, posture, and physical fitness, this textbook combines theory and practice to briefly explain the basic principles and content and methods of physical training. This teaching material adheres to the principles of knowledge, science, readability, and forward-thinking, striving to bridge the gap between the teaching syllabus and students.
