Publishing Date: 2002-04-01
Features: Diverse viewpoints and standards not only deepen understanding, provide multi-angle and multi-perspective observation and thinking training, but also cultivate our tolerance and equal treatment of all objective existences in this complex world. Therefore, "Lectures" is not any predetermined or preconceived filter, nor does it have a unified framework or special selection. We face all scientific knowledge, ideas, and creative works without intending to express individual preferences. The university campus has always been a hub of intellectual activity, and scholars during the period of social transformation are even more enthusiastic about focusing on the development of contemporary Chinese society and culture in academia. They often spread new knowledge and inspire ideas through lectures both within and outside the university, shining the light of wisdom and the edge of critique in a public discourse space, demonstrating an exceptionally vibrant intellectual force. This book aims to record and preserve the dynamic posture of contemporary scholars while also breaking the temporal and spatial limitations of lectures, allowing more readers to join the atmosphere of free thinking, exploration, and exchange. This volume primarily collects important academic lecture manuscripts from universities across the country in 2001, with a few outstanding lecture manuscripts from earlier periods also included.
