Features: Since the publication of the "Higher Political Law School Planning Textbooks," it has been over a decade. In legal education, it has maintained the continuity and inheritance of academic development while promptly incorporating new research findings, promoting the advancement and popularization of the discipline. It has become the most influential undergraduate legal textbook in China today. In the 21st century, governing the country according to the law and building a socialist rule-of-law state is our fundamental strategy. To better adapt to the development of legal education in the new century and to meet the challenges of the new era, especially the various new legal issues brought about by China's entry into the WTO, we have comprehensively revised this textbook series in recent years, incorporating new developments in legal construction, as well as new achievements and experiences in domestic and international legal research and education. We believe that the newly revised planning textbooks will provide more effective assistance to teachers and students.
