Features: Educational continuity refers to the connection between primary school, secondary school, and university education, which has long been a focus of the education community but has rarely been studied. This is not merely a theoretical issue that can be researched from behind a desk, but a practical one that requires in-depth investigation, data collection, problem identification, and the development of solutions within the contexts of primary, secondary, and higher education. Education is a systematic project, and it is necessary to study each stage separately, resulting in the establishment of preschool education, general education, and higher education as significant achievements in educational research. These have served as theoretical guides for educational practice, a consensus that has been reached. With societal development, educational practice is also evolving, and the tasks of scientific research in these fields remain arduous, with discipline construction yet to be completed. Many insightful individuals have already proposed new research topics to continue exploring. The issue of continuity between different educational stages, however, has rarely been studied specifically, and the idea of writing a "Continuity of Education" has not even been considered. This should also be recognized as an important research topic, where thorough investigation is conducted to form rational understandings that can guide practice—a task of urgent necessity. The book is divided into two parts: theory and practice. It examines the issue of educational continuity from perspectives such as lifelong education, neuroscience, and systems science, while also summarizing practical experiences in terms of moral education, language education, and other areas of continuity.
