Features: According to the requirement of the Ministry of Education to include listening tests in the Russian postgraduate entrance examination, based on the previously compiled listening training reference books for levels 2, 3, and 4 (College Russian Listening Training, edited by Chen Guoting, Harbin Institute of Technology Press, second edition, November 2000), we have also compiled this College Russian Advanced Listening Training. The book still appears in the form of sets, with each set containing 20 questions and scoring 20 points. The answers are designed as a four-choice format (〔A〕〔B〕〔C〕〔D〕). Additionally, each dialogue and short passage contains a certain amount of vocabulary from levels 5 and 6. Students preparing for the exam should have a preliminary understanding of the content and overcome vocabulary obstacles, otherwise, it will be difficult to comprehend the material with unfamiliar words. Considering that listening training is after all different from the actual listening test, when producing the audio tapes, we did not leave the time gaps that should be present between questions and between dialogues and passages as they would be in the formal exam. Readers can adjust according to their own circumstances. Due to our limited abilities, omissions are inevitable, and we look forward to the readers' criticism and corrections.
