Features: This book is the second revised edition of the basic Russian language textbook for university Russian majors. The principles of this revision are as follows: 1. Maintain the main principles of the original book, which focuses on Russian basic grammar as the core, arranging grammar and vocabulary for each lesson to enable students to gradually master fundamental Russian grammar rules and common vocabulary from easy to difficult, from simple to complex. These are then used as materials to gradually develop skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Russian. 2. The entire introduction to phonetics has been completely rewritten. Additionally, each lesson now includes phonetic exercises to reinforce the results of the introductory stage throughout the academic year. 3. The grammar sections of each lesson have been significantly revised to make them more scientific and easier for students to grasp. 4. Some texts and vocabulary have been replaced, primarily by removing outdated content and adding vocabulary that reflects the current reality of Russia. At the same time, the after-lesson exercises have also been modified accordingly.
