Features: This is my "diary," not many words, but it encompasses everything I've done. If you take this as a framework, there are quite a few memories to recall. Let my thoughts wander wherever they will, and I'll write accordingly. Han Yu, born in Liaocheng, Shandong in 1931. Started learning the Four Books in a private school, then attended school to learn to read and write. Occasionally, I would cut grass, gather firewood, pick melons, and steal dates with village children. Sometimes, I'd skip school and join a rural opera troupe, putting on makeup and performing on stage. I dropped out of junior high school and became an apprentice. In 1948, I joined the workforce and squeezed into the art team, working as an editor, creator, and teacher, eventually ending up where I am today. I feel that I wasted my youth in play, ashamed to be like "Wu Xia A Meng." A prodigal son can turn over a new leaf, and a lost sheep can be mended. Even hearing the crowing of a rooster makes me want to dance.
