Do you have any symptoms of endometritis?

Patient's question:

The doctor recently doesn't know what the reason is, there is always some discharge. Now there is a sense of pain in the lower abdomen. At the same time, it is accompanied by a feeling of neurasthenia and fatigue. What is going on?

Doctor's answer:

For infertility caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory adhesions, blindly performing tubal irrigation is ineffective and may further delay the condition. If necessary, it is recommended to go to a well-equipped hospital for hysterosalpingography under X-ray. If significant abnormalities are found during the imaging or if pregnancy has not occurred within a year after the imaging (assuming male infertility factors and other causes of infertility have been ruled out), laparoscopic examination should be performed early. Laparoscopic pelvic adhesion release surgery should be conducted to restore the normal anatomical relationships of pelvic organs, while also examining the patency of the fallopian tubes. If necessary, tubaloplasty or tubal ostomy surgery may be performed.
