How to prevent pelvic inflammatory disease in daily life?

Patient's question:

I tried to get pregnant on my own for a year without success. Later, I went to the hospital with my husband for thorough checks in various aspects and found out that I had polycystic ovary syndrome. Ovarian cyst is a common benign tumor of the female reproductive organs. It is classified into types such as mucinous cystadenoma, serous cystadenoma, benign teratoma, fibroma, and Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor, many of which may have the potential for malignancy. Treatment method: Use 12g of Prickly Ash, 10g of Rhinoceros Horn, 12g of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 15g of Sparganii Rhizoma, 12g of Persicae Semen, 15g of Curcumae Rhizoma, 20g of Poria, 15g of Poria, 10g of Resinum Myrrhae Preparatum, 10g of Myrrha Preparata, 10g of Rheum Officinale Preparatum, and 10g of Bupleuri Radix. Boil in water to make two decoctions, then mix them and extract until the volume reaches about 50ml. Allow the temperature to cool to about 38°C, then use a 50ml syringe to extract the liquid and connect it to an enema tube for rectal administration.
