Features: "Now Work" collects the author's essays and articles on research, the evolution of Chinese academic thought in recent years, and several issues of 20th-century Chinese literature. From a literary perspective, he focuses on the contemporary literary scene, seeking the unique value of texts and expressing his own judgments. His analysis of writers and works, his insights into academic thought, and his interpretation of Western culture all reveal his delicate experiences and reflections within his vision. Notes on reading by foreign writers and thinkers such as Heidegger are also intended to provide an exotic reference point, allowing him to reflect on the issues of modern and contemporary Chinese thought, culture, and literature in reverse.
