Features: The motivation behind publishing this series of books originated from a post-examination symposium for the National Medical Examination. Attendees, including candidates and relevant professionals, unanimously agreed that the examination was successful, as the questions covered the fundamental theories, essential skills, and corresponding regulatory knowledge that qualified physicians must master. It is expected to play a positive role in improving the overall quality of the physician workforce in China. However, many candidates reported that the medical curriculum is vast and diverse, and despite extensive preparation, they still felt "uncertain and unclear in their thinking" before the exam. Some candidates also struggled with misinterpreting questions, leading to incorrect answers, especially those who had been working for many years and were unfamiliar with the current question formats.
Based on these concerns, we compiled this series of question explanations and full-simulation books to help candidates familiarize themselves with the exam process and conduct self-tests, as well as to strengthen their "crash course" practice before the exam. The series includes 6 books covering Clinical, Dental, Public Health Physician, and Assistant Physician categories, aligning with the divisions of the National Medical Examination. Each book mainly includes:
1. An introduction to the question types of the National Medical Examination and answer techniques;
2. Three sets of full-simulation question papers for the National Medical Examination, meticulously designed to replicate past exams in terms of emphasized knowledge points, the proportion of questions from each subject, the distribution of question types, and time requirements for the exam.
