Features: This book believes that people with strong willpower can overcome difficulties and obstacles, fully utilize their intelligence, and create miracles in the world. A person's strong will is not born out of thin air; it is the result of life's trials and tribulations. Under school education conditions, teachers can judge the characteristics of students' willpower through the following aspects:
1. Understanding students' willpower through daily life (1) Whether they get up on time or often sleep in; (2) Whether they often lack initiative in daily affairs and need others to make decisions for them; (3) Whether they often act according to their interests and lack enthusiasm for things they are not interested in; (4) Whether they can persist in doing an important but tedious task for a long time; (5) Whether they remain indifferent to tasks they planned to do urgently the previous night after the next day.
2. Understanding students' willpower through academic life (1) Whether they can persist in completing complex and difficult assignments independently; (2) Whether they have a strong determination to understand difficult content in texts; (3) Whether they place great importance on academic performance and often feel upset for several days due to poor exam results; (4) How they evaluate their current academic situation—whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied; (5) Whether they understand the connection between current studies and future aspirations.
3. Understanding students' willpower through extracurricular activities (1) How students' interest and attitude toward difficulties are when learning new activities; (2) How students handle conflicts between cultural learning and entertainment; (3) Whether they grit their teeth and persist during long-distance running; (4) How deeply students understand the meaning of extracurricular activities; (5) Whether they participate in activities they are not interested in as usual and take them seriously.
4. Understanding students' willpower through social interactions (1) Whether they can get along with classmates with tolerance and show humility and courtesy in small matters; (2) Whether they persuade others with reason or pressure them with authority during arguments; (3) Whether they blame others or reflect on themselves when conflicts arise; (4) How broad their social circle is and their position within the group; (5) Whether they are confident and outgoing or shy and timid when interacting with peers.
