Features: The so-called "guide" is essentially telling the way to those who are lost. The person giving directions might be a traffic police officer, an environmental worker, or even an old man taking a stroll by the roadside. So, don’t think "guide" is particularly noble or knowledgeable just because of its name. The reason they can give directions is simply because they are locals and are relatively familiar with the routes. When compiling this book, three main points were paid attention to: First, when selecting and compiling, efforts were made to choose those that are most applicable and ensure their accuracy. Second, almost every standard is followed by a "guide" explaining the background of its formulation, addressing difficulties and doubts in use, and providing clarifications. Some have as many as seven or eight questions, while others have two or three. Third, in the arrangement, efforts were made to consider the readers, providing more convenience, such as appending useful materials after the standards and regulations, and compiling various types of index tables for reference. This book can help readers use pronunciation and writing correctly, reducing or even eliminating errors.
