Patient's question:
Menstrual pain, irregular menstruation, how to take care of it? Before, I disliked ice skating in winter and always thought my body was quite healthy. But over time, it might lead to the uterus getting cold, and the menstruation becoming irregular. Moreover, if I don't rest well before my period, I often get a bit of a migraine. Now, my menstrual flow is also more than before, and it usually takes about seven or eight days for my period to end.Doctor's answer:
If there is dysmenorrhea and menstruation is not allowed, then there needs to be consideration of congenital issues, such as primary dysmenorrhea. Besides this, if the first menstrual period was never painful, then there needs to be caution that it may be a manifestation of secondary dysmenorrhea later on, such as endometriosis or gynecological inflammation, which excessively tightens the uterus. If there are multiple changes, there also needs to be caution of having uterine fibroids.
