Can cervical erosion still be treated in three degrees?

Patient's question:

I felt a bit uncomfortable downstairs before, and when I went to the hospital for a thorough check-up, the doctor said it was cervical erosion, but it wasn't considered serious, so I didn't pay much attention. However, recently the pain downstairs has become much worse, and when I went back to the hospital for another check-up, the doctor said I had third-degree cervical erosion. I'm very upset. Can third-degree cervical erosion still be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Three-degree cervical erosion can still be treated. Medications can be used to conservatively control the condition, alleviate symptoms, and prevent abnormal vaginal discharge caused by three-degree cervical erosion. Further screening for cervical aging should be conducted to assess the severity of cervical inflammation. If the cervical inflammation is also severe or if there are precancerous lesions, laser surgery can be arranged, especially if the individual has already become pregnant.
